excellent location cordial staff helpful staff small room small bathroom daily cleaning
the location was excellent. it was very close to many important places, like a pharmacy and shops. the staff was cordial and helpful .
the room was very small and the bathroom was also small. there was no sink in the bathroom at all. daily cleaning of the room was not available.

Staff was very helpful. My room was clean. It was also comfortable. Location was excellent and near popular attractions. I stay here again for sure. The room had twin beds and a reasonable price.
The rooms were tiny. It really struck us how tiny they were when we got in them. The bathroom was so tiny. I could barely turn around in it. The weird glass panel let me see into the shower from the main room. This made having visitors awkward.

charming stay at a convenient location
convenient location blackout blinds
The location was really good, steps away from covent garden and many west end venues.. i found it quite easy to walk to tourist locations from here. the room design felt modern and aesthetic. All the room amenities provided were useful. i particularly appreciated the blackout blinds.
the absence of daily room cleaning was a letdown, i learned that this service is only available staying seven nights or longer. i hope they reconsider this policy.

the hotel is near embankment station and charing cross station, offering superb connectivity. major attractions are within walking distance, which makes exploring the area enjoyable. easy access to taxis is an added convenience.

The location was ideal for exploring. I walked to many attractions. The staff at reception were helpful. I liked the kitchenette facilities IN the room. It included a toaster and a dishwasher.
The room lacked daily cleaning. I found this inconvenient for longer stays. The provided sponges for the kitchen seemed used. Also the bathroom was small. I thought it was not clearly indicated on the website.

my 'wilde studio' was well-equipped with a functional kitchenette. it included a stovetop, microwave, and mini-fridge. housekeeping restocked coffee supplies daily .
the room size was slightly smaller than anticipated.
