Charming and Central Getaway
convenient luggage full option comfy linen friendly staff
I appreciated the convenient luggage storage after checkout. It enabled me to see a few more sights. Breakfast included a full English option. It was delicious!!! The beds had comfy linen. Staff were friendly both days.
I found the carpets to be worn.

This hotel is close to multiple shopping and dining venues. I walked to Tower of London and Buckingham Palace. It's a great, central location. The British Museum is a very short walk.

separate building inconvenient breakfast
the location was acceptable the room included ac.
my room was in a separate building this made it difficult to reach reception breakfast required me to go outside i found this very inconvenient the tv did not work and staff already knew this issue existed it seemed like they did not care to fix it.

convenient location friendly staff fresh food old building narrow staircase multiple stairs
The location proved very convenient. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh and delicious. The room included a bathtub. This was excellent after a long day.
The building seemed old, which can be felt when walking around. It needs updating and investing in. There were lots of stairs, and reception is on a lower floor. The staircase seemed very narrow.

my room was cozy and tidy ,and sheets and towels were clean. it was a very quiet hotel even though it was fully booked.
the central heating did not work in my room , , made it a little cold.

loved my stay!
super clean room great shape early bag
the room was super clean and everything was in great shape. i love the service too, they let us drop our bags off early because our room was free! we had everything we needed in the room and loads of space. i would really recommend this hotel.
the stairs down to reception are tricky to handle. also, i can hear noises easily from other rooms. the insulation between them should get fixed.

Convenient Stay near British Museum
helpful staff quiet room great breakfast
the staff was REALLY helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and they provided one facing away from the street. the room had refreshed snacks and drinks daily, which i thought was a nice touch. the included breakfast had good options too.
the room i stayed in could use some paint work and carpet repair.

the room included complimentary tea and coffee facilities. an ironing board and a hairdryer were also provided. the room size was adequate, and i appreciated the daily maid service for towels and beds.

Breakfast included both english and vegetarian options. non-dairy milk alternatives were available upon request. the food seemed well cooked. the breakfast room is down a steep flight of steps, SO BE AWARE.

prime location friendly staff quiet room
I find the location very good with easy access to many attractions. Staff are very nice and quick to assist. I secured a very nice breakfast and room was quiet too.
The decor felt a little dated, though this did not majorly impact my stay.

My room features comfortable double bed. a big window with some street view. There is a flatscreen television and a desk included. A small wardrobe allows for storing clothes.
