a cozy stay near victoria
helpful staff great proximity
i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the location's proximity to victoria station (it really is just steps away) made getting around so easy. i appreciated the luggage room both before check-in and after check-out. the comfy beds helped me sleep very well.
the room, though clean, could get a little noisy with sounds from the hallway, which i easily solved with earplugs (i always carry them!).

the breakfast offered more than enough options, with a good variety of choices, including both hot and cold items, ensuring a satisfying start to the day before heading out for sightseeing.

the front desk staff was consistently courteous and very helpful with all my questions. the cleaning staff kept everything very efficient . i appreciated their assistance with my luggage and even helping with some calls.

the hotel is just a short walk to victoria station. it is a very convenient location for exploring major attractions, like buckingham palace. a nice pub located right across the street offers a convenient spot for an evening drink.

basic stay with some drawbacks
strange layout underground noise
My room was located on the ground floor near some stairs. the layout seemed odd. It was necessary to pass through a door to reach my room. the noise from the underground was definitely noticeable. this made it harder to fall asleep and resulted in a restless night, it's not ideal.

good size room great shower poor ventilation basement room
the room was a good size. the bathroom was really good with a great shower. it was convenient to have tea and coffee available in the room.
i was allocated a basement room. it had no natural light and very poor ventilation. windows were apparently impossible to open.
