decorated rooms delicious breakfast helpful team
the newly decorated rooms are awesome i tell you. breakfast is always delicious and they have everything you could want. the concierge team are always super helpful and quick. i had dinner suggestions and reservations assistance.
the bath plug was broken and had some black tape, we noticed it after a long day.

A Birthday Dream Come True!
sweet touch genuine care birthday surprise lovely cake
The staff showed genuine care, a rarity these days! Upon learning it was my birthday, they surprised me with a lovely cake and Prosecco. My daughter also received a glass in her room, a sweet touch. The attention to detail elevated our whole stay. It was perfect.

Our Beautiful Premium Room was beautifully quiet. The silence was unexpected in the city center on a Friday night. The room had wonderful decor and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring.

The reception staff checked me in quickly. My bags arrived in my room within ten minutes. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (very modern!).
The gym had limited hours.

broken plug uncomfortable bed
the location was acceptable. grafton street was just outside the door.
i found the plug on the bath to be broken. it had previously been taped with black tape, which i found unacceptable. for the price i paid for one night, i expected better facilities. the bed also wasn't the most comfortable.
