the location is near the center so it was easy to get around. the bed was super comfortable. the staff was very professional.
the room door did not close properly and i had to really pull it to close it. if i did not notice, i would be leaving my room open without even knowing. the bedroom window had a huge bird poo on it, i have never seen one as big.

I was initially pleased with the hotel's location. however, our room faced an internal courtyard and it was quite noisy. also, the shower was a strange design. It felt a bit hazardous due to the slippery surface. i found these aspects disappointing considering the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

the staff were friendly enough, i suppose. the location was handy for getting around.
The room was shockingly small, i swear i've seen larger closets. and don't even get me started on the shower design. It was a total slip hazard! those tiny towels were about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

i enjoyed that the location was very central , close to O'Connell Street. The hotel room included comfortable beds .
The ventilation in the gym needed some improvement , it got a bit stuffy.

The location was convenient for getting around the city.
Housekeeping entered my room multiple times before checkout. The first time, they unlocked the door at 7:55 AM after knocking briefly. I found this very intrusive and disruptive. A staff member unlocked and opened the door while I was undressing. I felt very uncomfortable after that.
