The location was indeed great for my stay. I found the staff very helpful, and they allowed me to drop off my bags before the room was actually ready. The hotel features a nice bar and a garden. It Is definitely a premier experience.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful throughout the hotel. From check in to departure the team were friendly and cute. IRENE (waitress in the restaurant) went out of her way to get our meal sorted when we had a restrictive time limit. Her pro-active attitude WAS refreshing.

the staff were helpful. ken shared excellent recommendations for places to visit and the best routes to get there. the staff stored our bags all day after checkout. it made sightseeing so much easier.
The rooms felt small. the bathroom door barely closed. It was so tight even a child might struggle. the air conditioning turned on by itself during the night. i could not switch it off and it got very cold.

convenient location hotel bar friendly staff
I found the location quite convenient, with many attractions within easy WALKING distance. The hotel bar and restaurant provided good options for food and drinks. The staff was FRIENDLY and accommodating.
The shower had LOW water pressure.

The hotel is near shops, bars, and restaurants. it is very close to the DART rail line, so getting around was simple and fast. This made exploring the area easy, and I felt immersed in the local atmosphere because of its proximity to everything.

The room was clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere which I deeply appreciated. The bathroom facilities had a good shower, and all the basics I needed were available which was really convenient after long days out and about visiting nearby landmarks.

the location was optimal for city exploration. the staff provided excellent assistance throughout my visit. breakfast included many choice items to start the day well. the invoice request after checkout was solved quickly.
the provided toiletries were basic with just communal hand soap in the shower.

i found the room ready early upon arrival from the airport.. the soft, comfortable bed and well-functioning ac were fantastic. it seemed like a quiet part of the city centre, and that was perfect. staff were helpful and even ran to collect our passports when we left them in our room after checkout.. major bonus! a cute cat on the balcony across the way entertained us one morning.
the room size was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still cozy for my needs..

really good staff and great location
proactive waitress professional service warm greeting
and many exceeded their duty to assist me . irene, a waitress at the in-house restaurant, was proactive in ensuring my meal was prepared promptly. willow at the bar was professional and remembered my preferred cocktails. tamita, one of the breakfast managers, greeted me warmly each morning.
the shower hose was somewhat short, and the shower flow was slightly weak. i also noted that requesting room service needed to be done the night before.

the in-house restaurant provided really good food at reasonable prices. a particular waitress, irene, accommodated my tight schedule by expediting my meal. willow, working behind the bar, was highly professional and quickly memorized my cocktail preferences.

i was happy with how modern the building was. check-in and check-out was straightforward. the staff were always kind and helpful. the rooms had comfortable amenities.
the room was quite small. i was expecting something a little larger. it made moving around a bit difficult.
