unfriendly staffpoor attitude
The staff didn't seem very friendly. our flight was delayed, so we arrived late. the woman at the front desk just pointed us to self-check-in kiosks. she didn't offer any help when it didn't work at first. She seemed annoyed. the staff's attitude wasn't acceptable for the amount we paid for the stay.

Excellent location and modern amenities

wide selectionample spacehigh-end stylepoor signal
Breakfast included a wide selection of items such as cooked options, continental choices, and cereals.. The room included amenities such as soap, towels, water, and teabags. The hotel had parking in the adjacent CCD with ample spaces available even on a sunday afternoon. I found it to be a very clean place with a high-end style.
The television signal was not good, and I found no nibbles from the restaurant or bar available. I was told to use the vending machine. I also expected the room to be cleaned without having to request it.
Location
9/10
The hotel has a great location near a luas stop, very convenient. I also found it was only one stop away from the 3 Arena. The hotel is less than a ten-minute walk from the 3 Arena.
Dining

The breakfast offers a wide range of choices, including cooked and continental options. I could always find a spot at breakfast, and there was a great variety of food. Dinner at the hotel was also excellent in terms of the quality and service.
Facilities

I used the fitness center. It seemed well-equipped and maintained. Check-in and check-out processes used efficient, self-service kiosks in the lobby. The hotel provides modern solutions and tech that streamline all processes.

the room WAS modern and had comfy beds, a positive thing.
i really don't like the fact there is NO lobby, a BIG problem. it makes the Hotel atmosphere less appealing and the restaurant IS on a DIFFERENT floor. these issues need addressing.
