great location and staff

helpful servicecomfy chairgood location
concierge and reception SERVICE was helpful. they arranged taxis. the room included comfy chair for street watching. it has a good location, close to temple bar.
they claim on their website to have an agreement with the parking, but it IS misleading. i had to pay again when i left the car park. this is ridiculous.

great locationtasty breakfastgood porridgemissing dresserunanswered emaildifficult assistance
the location was superb. it was close to everything (i liked being able to walk everywhere). the breakfast was also good. i especially liked the porridge.
the room lacked a dresser. this made it hard to unpack properly (i ended up living out of my suitcase). getting assistance was difficult as staff directed me to email the manager. my emails went unanswered after that.
