great location and staff
helpful service comfy chair good location
concierge and reception SERVICE was helpful. they arranged taxis. the room included comfy chair for street watching. it has a good location, close to temple bar.
they claim on their website to have an agreement with the parking, but it IS misleading. i had to pay again when i left the car park. this is ridiculous.

The location was central. it gave me easy access to shops, too and a park was nearby. the breakfast was excellent. It had a lot of options and was very tasty. my room had a large window.
the bedroom was on the small side. it was also quite cold ! the food in the restaurant was disappointing. i had salmon, but it was too dry.

central location swanky lobby helpful staff
This location proves ideal. Easy walks connect it to every site. The lobby is swanky. Staff members. They addressed every request quickly.
My room did not include a dresser. Basic questions were met with an instruction to email the manager. The emails received no response.

The breakfast includes many choices. Staff members greeted me at breakfast. Gary explained all the options available there.

The staff are very lovely. Yebeen and Selin were very nice waitresses. Their faces had smiles always.

breakfast value dietary options warm welcome small bedroom cold bedroom dry salmon
the breakfast was lovely. it was great value for money. there were dietary options. gary welcomed everyone warmly at breakfast each morning.
the bedroom felt small and cold. the food in the restaurant was disappointing. my salmon was a massive fillet on mash, and it was very dry.
