The breakfast was good. It was handy for the train station and tram.

The staff seemed UNHELPFUL. When I arrived they told me it was fully booked. We asked could they even help us move the beds or give us a double duvet cover, but no help was given.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station it made my travel plans much easier the room was modern with good amenities i especially liked the self touch buttons for room service requests. the staff assisted with all my questions and arranged taxi service without issue. the wifi signal was strong too

the air conditioning unit seemed somewhat outdated it was quite noisy throughout the night this made sleeping a bit challenging i needed the air circulation despite the noise. it impacted my sleep quality

breakfast included a variety of options such as pastries cereals and hot dishes the breakfast hours ended at 10am which may be early for some guests the cellar restaurant had a diverse menu for lunch and dinner.

my room featured blackout curtains two separate sinks and a coffee maker i also had a mini fridge in the room the bed had crisp linen sheets that felt fresh the room was adequately sized and provided enough space.

The hotel provided a family room with ample space, suiting our needs perfectly. i found the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom to be a nice touch, especially the high-quality shower gel. It was a detail i appreciated. the included breakfast offered a wide selection, with options for various dietary needs.

i noticed the hallway carpets showed slight wear in a few spots.
