convenient location secure parking professional staff
the location proved convenient for exploring the area. the secure parking across the street was really appreciated. the staff demonstrated constant professionalism, a great plus for the stay.
the street noise continued late into the night, a small disturbance to overall tranquility.

Good Hotel, Few Hiccups
central location gluten-free options
I liked that the hotel has a very central location. The staff at reception was helpful. I liked the gluten-free options available for breakfast, a rare find. The room was quiet, a great benefit given the lively area.
The room I got was not good. The window seemed not fixed properly and let in cold air. The room felt small and didn't resemble the photos advertised.

The room included an efficient air conditioner and free WiFi for all devices. The bathroom has nice toiletries and soft, big towels. There were nice blackout curtains to help to sleep better and the bed was comfortable.

loud noise limited space
i stayed several nights. The street noise was a HUGE PROBLEM at night. it was loud and disruptive until late. i also found that the room lacked adequate space. it became cramped quickly with luggage and personal items. i did not appreciate the limited storage.

street noise hard bed
The room wasn't great. the tv remote didn't work. the batteries were dead or something, but nobody came to fix it after i asked. the noise from the street was also a big issue. Loud music went on until late, even with the windows closed. it really ruined my sleep. the bed was too hard. I woke up with a sore back. next time, i will book somewhere quieter, for sure. the elevator made a strange noise too.

The breakfast options were good. I found a varied buffet with hot items. The room had daily housekeeping. It was clean. Temple Bar is just outside the hotel door. That was very convenient.

The hotel bar has a relaxed atmosphere and expertly crafted cocktails, it is under rui's supervision. His detailed attention elevated my visit, i felt tailored. i found the location convenient, close to everything. i easily located places of interest when i asked questions.
I encountered noise from the surrounding streets at night. the streets were very busy. i also found the heating insufficient. It wasn't warm enough

the hotel sits right in temple bar, a quick walk leads to trinity and other spots. its placement allows easy access to many conveniences. good transport links exist to travel further if needed.

The staff was very helpful during my time there. I always saw a smile. they handled my friend's food allergy well, accommodating us each time. they also provided advice on lovely locations and activities.
