“The Castle Hotel strikes me as a gem: a family-friendly place steps from Dublin's bustle, yet steeped in a quieter, more cultured atmosphere. I'm especially drawn to the blend of Georgian elegance and live traditional music, a combination that promises a truly immersive Dublin experience. Its dining, housed in those converted wine cellars, sounds like an experience in itself, a perfect end to a day exploring the city.”
