The location was good. I could get to many places easily.
I found the tv options quite limited and netflix wasn't available. This was a disappointment. the bathroom also had a problem, the shower glass wasn't fitted well, and the bathroom flooded. i couldn't shower the next morning because of it. it was very inconvenient.

The staff was very professional. They promptly responded to all requests i made before we arrived. my room was always clean. the reservation team was responsive and offered restaurant suggestions, very helpful! i enjoyed walking around, as most places were nearby.
The room's decor felt a little old, like it needed some modern updates. the room lacked the modern touch i expected. the bathroom could use some refreshing. also. The bar service could be better at times.

my beautiful room had a very comfortable bed and soft pillows? amenities were complete and thoughtfully supplied. housekeeping kept the room tidy and fresh daily, the water pressure in the shower was great

The room included a hairdryer and robes. i appreciated the air conditioning, especially during warmer days. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit (especially the berries!). i found the staff professional and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed some noise from outside, possibly due to the location, which affected sleep quality.

i stayed in a double room. the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. i found the location good for accessing shops and restaurants nearby. there was also a bus stop opposite the hotel for getting to the airport.
the room got very warm. i couldn't turn the element off, so i didn't sleep too well.

i found the location very convenient for accessing the university. the staff were attentive and polite. breakfast offered a hardy selection of options and the price seemed reasonable. there was complimentary prosecco, a lovely touch.
i noticed some issues with the bathroom door, as i was not able to close it properly because the latch did not work. my wife got stuck in the bathroom, the lock was stiff, and she was lucky to get out. this meant there was no privacy. i also observed that the sinks drained slowly.
