Acceptable, but with notable issues
poor shower glass fitting limited tv options
The location was good. I could get to many places easily.
I found the tv options quite limited and netflix wasn't available. This was a disappointment. the bathroom also had a problem, the shower glass wasn't fitted well, and the bathroom flooded. i couldn't shower the next morning because of it. it was very inconvenient.

a lovely city escape!
professional staff clean room helpful restaurant suggestions
The staff was very professional. They promptly responded to all requests i made before we arrived. my room was always clean. the reservation team was responsive and offered restaurant suggestions, very helpful! i enjoyed walking around, as most places were nearby.
The room's decor felt a little old, like it needed some modern updates. the room lacked the modern touch i expected. the bathroom could use some refreshing. also. The bar service could be better at times.

The staff helped me with directions! the concierge provided insightful recommendations for local dining. alberto provided excellent service during our meals. And he ensured that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Breakfast provided various options, meeting different tastes and dietary needs. It was wonderful! i enjoyed tasty fish and chips at the hotel restaurant one night. the espresso martini tasted great, one of the best i've ever had

my beautiful room had a very comfortable bed and soft pillows? amenities were complete and thoughtfully supplied. housekeeping kept the room tidy and fresh daily, the water pressure in the shower was great

excellent stay near trinity college
useful hairdryer convenient air conditioning varied choices
The room included a hairdryer and robes. i appreciated the air conditioning, especially during warmer days. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit (especially the berries!). i found the staff professional and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed some noise from outside, possibly due to the location, which affected sleep quality.

friendly staff good location
i stayed in a double room. the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. i found the location good for accessing shops and restaurants nearby. there was also a bus stop opposite the hotel for getting to the airport.
the room got very warm. i couldn't turn the element off, so i didn't sleep too well.

Alberto provided friendly service. The food was delicious, I thought. The staff was organised and helpful. I appreciated the efficient service.
The bathroom wasn't convenient. The faucets released water forcefully. Water splashed everywhere. The water temperature was VERY hot, though I managed.

convenient location attentive staff hardy selection faulty latch stiff lock slow sink drainage
i found the location very convenient for accessing the university. the staff were attentive and polite. breakfast offered a hardy selection of options and the price seemed reasonable. there was complimentary prosecco, a lovely touch.
i noticed some issues with the bathroom door, as i was not able to close it properly because the latch did not work. my wife got stuck in the bathroom, the lock was stiff, and she was lucky to get out. this meant there was no privacy. i also observed that the sinks drained slowly.
