Fantastic Spot, Great Stay!

The room had a separate seating area. It was spacious and beautifully decorated! The bed was comfortable. I found the staff friendly and the hotel great value. I checked in fast! The room was nice and warm. It included all the amenities I needed. The hotel was super clean.
I noticed the air-conditioning in the room didn't work, but a large tower fan was already there, and it did a great job keeping the room cool.

The hotel boasts amazing facilities. It features modern amenities. The main restaurant is quick and offers delicious food. The lounge area is relaxing. Drinks are also reasonably priced throughout the facility.

Breakfast in the main restaurant was excellent. It was both quick and delicious. The hotel offers a comfortable breakfast and the bars are great. The main bar is quite amazing, I must say. The service is seamless.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. They were always keen to deal with any requests. The reception staff was very nice and friendly. They provided good service. The check-in process was easy and fast, which I appreciated.

prime location fabulous shower excellent staff
The location was great. i walked to steven's green and grafton street with ease. the walk-in shower was also fabulous. The water pressure was consistent. i found the staff to be excellent.

the reception team were helpful. they answered all questions, called taxis, and made helpful suggestions for places. staff was always staffed. they were polite. reception team were good listeners.
our room was dark. there was little natural light. it was a great shame because the weather was sunny.

I stayed in a double or twin room. The room included tea and coffee facilities. The mattress offered excellent support for sleeping (i slept soundly).
The public toilets downstairs needed more frequent cleaning.
