Really good Hotel Experience

I found the staff attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-appointed. It included everything I required. The location was advantageous for my planned activities. It was a brief walk to various attractions.
I noted that the doors lacked adequate soundproofing. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was quite audible. This made it difficult to fully relax at certain times.

the hotel's location was fantastic (near the theatre!). the room, a double room, was ready when i arrived around 3 pm. i found the staff helpful when i needed directions. the hotel also had its own car park, a definite plus.
the room was too warm, and i struggled to turn the heating off. opening the window proved a bit difficult.

The staff showed excellent service. i appreciate that the hotel embraced the concert atmosphere, playing the artist's music in the lobby. pink drinks were available, and pink balloons decorated the area, it created a special vibe. i liked the rituals products provided in the bathroom. These small touches elevated the experience.
