“With apartments as spacious as they are spotless, and practical kitchenettes in every room, this is one address I'd recommend in a heartbeat. Its location is superb for sightseeing, especially if St Paul's Cathedral is on your list. Though the bells might be a bit much for light sleepers, the trade-off for such a central location is worth it, in my opinion.”

faulty air-con stressful fire alarm
The location was acceptable it was close to a well-connected tube station.
The apartment felt overheated because the air conditioning did not work. I was informed the air-con system was off for maintenance. The fire alarms activated on the third day which caused stress

malfunctioning air conditioning poor drainage
the location proved convenient the apartment offered sufficient space.
the air conditioning malfunctioned a note regarding its status would have been appreciated. the shower also drained poorly resulting in standing water after use. this issue took an unacceptable amount of time to resolve considering i reported it immediately.

non-functioning air conditioning long check-in
the location was acceptable. it was close to st paul's cathedral.
The air conditioning did not work, so the room was stuffy. This was a problem, because it was summer. the check-in process also took longer than expected, nearly two hours. we were given complimentary drinks. but that didn't really solve the stuffiness.
