“The Sanctuary House Hotel distinguishes itself with its prime location near Westminster Abbey and its traditional Fuller's pub, a unique draw for those seeking authentic English fare. I appreciate that the hotel balances historical charm with modern comforts like air-conditioned rooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. While one incident regarding lost property raises concerns, the hotel's commitment to a smoke-free environment and its well-maintained rooms generally point to a solid experience.”

helpful staff taxi service missing towel racks inconvenient safe
the included breakfast was very nice. the pub downstairs had a good ambiance! the staff were helpful with our needs, always. i got a taxi within minutes with their button literally.
there were no towel racks in the bathroom, inconvenient. i also couldn't find any surface for my luggage except the floor. the safe was so low to the ground, i had to get on my hands and knees to see it.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
central location delicious cookies blackout curtains
I found the location really good. Westminster Abbey and Big Ben were just a short walk away. The coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate and cookies in the room were a lovely touch. The fridge was useful for storing snacks. I liked the blackout curtains. They were great for blocking out the light.
I found no towel rack in the bathroom. There was also no surface to put luggage except for the floor. It felt quite inconvenient.
