A Somewhat Disappointing Experience
great location helpful staff dated decor no air conditioning
the location is spot on. i found it easy to walk to several main attractions and theatres. the staff was amiable and helpful.
My room seemed a bit dated and not modern. EVERYTHING seemed like it could use some updating. also, there wasn't any air conditioning. the room became uncomfortably warm.

adequate stay with some issues
constant noise dated furniture
the location of the hotel suited my needs for getting around.
My room faced the back of the building and was noisy. i heard constant banging and clattering early each morning. It sounded like deliveries or maintenance. this really detracted from my sleep quality and overall experience at the hotel. the room was also quite dated, and the furniture showed wear and tear.

convenient location helpful staff room size tea facilities
i could easily walk to various attractions from here. my double room was a good size and included tea and coffee facilities. the staff were polite and very helpful. the location was convenient, close to many key places.
the room felt a little warm, even with the fan provided, and there was no way to adjust it.

room upgrade staff friendliness
i arrived and wow! i got upgraded to a bigger room. the staff is just so friendly, its awesome. breakfast was massive, like seriously lots of choices!
the bed? kinda hard. i could feel the joins, it wasnt the best sleep.

the staff were friendly . the location was easy to get around from. my executive room was spacious and clean.
