The location WAS adequate.
The room was smaller than anticipated. The bathroom seemed cramped. I had difficulty moving around in it. The provided towels felt rather rough, honestly.

easy access friendly staff
The location offered easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly. I found a Tesco store within a short walk. It allowed me to purchase groceries easily.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. This impacted my ability to rest fully.

FANTASTIC STAY near victoria station!
great value friendly staff clean room comfy bed
The VALUE for money was AMAZING. Walking to victoria station was easy. i could walk to NICE restaurants. The check in staff was REALLY friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. i had a quiet night with a tiny view of london eye.

the location was good enough , close to victoria station.
i was disappointed to find my room on the ground floor. the noise at NIGHT was really SOMETHING, with everyone coming and going.

prompt receptionist easy walk food delivery friendly staff
the receptionist promptly provided directions to nearby breakfast locations! i easily walked to the embassy for my business needs. the hotel offered food delivery options through a partnered service. the price was great, and the staff was very friendly.
The elevator broke down the day before i checked out. I was on the fourth floor and had to carry my luggage down the stairs.

small room broken elevator
the location was acceptable as there are many eating places nearby.
the room i got was very small. the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. the elevator broke the day before i checked out, and i had to carry my luggage down four flights of stairs.
