The location was superb, a short walk to Waterloo station was very helpful. The staff members were friendly. Chiara and Jessica were especially professional and helped me get around. The circus-themed decor in the lobby added character.

My room lacked an adequate wardrobe, leaving few options to store clothes properly.

the location was convenient. it was easy to access various attractions. the staff demonstrated commendable friendliness (a plus in my book).

the air conditioning struggled to adequately cool the room. this made sleeping uncomfortable. sound insulation was lacking (a real issue). i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the outside pub.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It's a short walk from Waterloo station. I also found many restaurants and bars on the street. The 24-hour bar was very convenient, with drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful .

The limited hot food selection at breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The service for drinks was a bit slow at times.
