Central stay with minor drawbacks
marshall speaker complimentary drink helpful staff
I liked the provided Marshall speaker in my room. The hotel gave me a complimentary welcome drink. The staff also helped me quickly find a good hospital when i got sick .
My room felt pretty dark, i think it was because windows faced some sort of abyss. There was limited natural light, which might be nice in the summer, but it was hard to see. Storing luggage was difficult given the limited space.

central location nespresso machine bluetooth speaker
the hotel's location allowed easy walks to many attractions a welcome sight after long flights. i especially loved the nespresso machine with complimentary capsules it helped me start each day with joy. the bluetooth speaker in the room was a nice touch it allowed me to enjoy my music and set a calming mood.
this disturbance sometimes interrupted the quiet i hoped for in my room

the hotel offered complimentary pastel de nata it was a sweet start to each morning. i had access to the sister hotel's bar with a tasty welcome drink upon arrival. hot drinks and biscuits were also available in the reception area

hot water easy access
My room included water, tea, and coffee! The location was great. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The shower was excellent. It had plenty of hot water even early in the morning.
The room was pretty dark. Windows looked onto some sort of abyss.

the staff were friendly. (that's always a plus).
the air conditioning didn't work properly in my small double room. it was like it was just blowing hot air. i mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't seem to have a solution for it.
