helpful staff convenient location slow room service limited equipment
the staff greeted me with smiles and were always ready to assist with directions i found this very cute the location allowed easy access to many attractions making my exploration smooth and hassle-free
the room service was slow sometimes i waited longer than expected for my orders this impacted my schedule the gym was quite small it only had limited equipment which meant i couldn't do my usual workouts

i stayed in a beautiful king room. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom had high-quality hygiene products. the staff was very helpful and kind!!!

good location main attractions fresh pastries poor air conditioning small courtyard minimal water
The location was very good. it was easy to walk to the main attractions. the breakfast offered a great variety. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries!
the air conditioning in my room, the superior king room, did not seem to cool the space effectively. it stayed at 22 degrees. the views from the room faced a small inner courtyard which wasn't very inspiring. i also found the water pressure from the shower to be minimal.

the air conditioning didn't work well. i even switched rooms, but the problem persisted there too. the hotel is also a bit far from the center, which isn't ideal for families.
