EXCELLENT Location and GREAT Staff
convenient location friendly staff free parking underground garage
The location is very convenient as it is near the city center! I found the staff friendly. A lady with interesting hair was especially kind. This aparthotel location provides FREE street parking during the weekend. It is a real plus. You can get a discount for parking in a good underground garage too.
There was no daily room service. I understand it is environmentally friendly. a small discount for such services would be appreciable.

The tram stations are just in front of the hotel, and the subway is only five minutes away. The CAT train stop is within walking distance of this hotel. The area safe area and accessible.

The reception personnel were efficient, and they approached ALL matters professionally! One employee in particular, Arun, was very helpful and friendly. Susena from the kitchen prepared a GREAT breakfast. I enjoyed the omelet and cupcakes.

My stay had some disappointments. The air conditioning didn't work, so the room was very warm. Windows could not be opened either. It was hard to sleep and the room felt stuffy.

the location is so convenient, it's a short walk to the tram and metro. my room had everything i needed, including a microwave and cooker. the staff were amazing and always ready to help with any questions i had.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low. It wasn't a big deal, but it could be better.

I really enjoyed the convenient kitchen. It had all the necessary appliances and utensils and I could cook my own meals. The hotel provided fresh towels daily though I didn't request it. The staff at the front desk was available 24/7! They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had.
The elevator wait times were occasionally longer than expected.

amazing stay!
great location friendly staff working air conditioning
the location is really great and close to the central train station and stadtpark! the shower was also great! i found excellent self-catering facilities, which really helped, and the staff were very friendly. the air conditioning worked very well and was appreciated!
The surrounding building work was a bit noisy though. It did not cause any major disruption, but i noticed it.

The studio apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette, it included a dishwasher. nespresso pods were available at reception daily. This was convenient. bag storage was available when i arrived early. This was very helpful.
The air conditioning system seemed difficult to regulate. I struggled to cool the room down sufficiently.

the apartment was spacious with great amenities. the kitchen included a nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, big fridge, dishwasher, and stovetop. i found public parking about 200 meters away. it offered a reduced daily rate through the hotel, so useful. a nearby grocery store was very convenient too!
i found the gym equipment a little limited.
