underwhelming stay
damaged furniture stained carpet
the location was great.
the room i was assigned was not very nice. the furniture was badly damaged and the carpet was not clean with a lot of stain. i think some tlc is needed.

Really good Service and Elegant Accommodations

The staff were very attentive. They promptly addressed my requests. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and a large bathroom (it felt very luxurious). I especially liked the Distrkt restaurant, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The wine menu was extensive. It was one of the largest I have ever seen.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, making it sometimes difficult to access all the equipment I wanted to use.

chocolate bar drinking water great welcome
my daughter had a great welcome. the staff allowed her to relax before i even got there. i found a dark chocolate bar upon arrival. the hotel kept the room stocked with drinking water.

The spacious room provided ample space to relax. I appreciated the separate shower and tub in the bathroom. The hotel kept the room well-stocked with complimentary drinking water, beneficial after exploring the city. I found the bed comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
The corridors felt a bit too bright and lacked a cozy atmosphere, slightly off-putting.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
odd configuration fair service
i found the room configuration to be a bit odd. it faced an interior courtyard, so it didn't get much light. the closets were also hard to see, even with the overhead light (i actually needed a flashlight). the service was just fair. i expected better for the price i paid.
