Excellent Stay with Great Location
great location helpful staff late breakfast
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring. I found the staff helpful. The breakfast went until 11 AM, quite convenient (especially for late risers like me). The hotel features fine attention to detail.

The hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian street. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. It is not too close to the inner city, but it is still central. Most attractions are within walking distance.

the location was convenient.
The front desk lacked consistent service. One staff member responded unhelpfully to a simple request about local transportation options , made me hesitant to seek further assistance.

Excellent Experience!
clean room convenient location
My room was very clean and well kept. The hotel's location proved convenient. I walked to numerous cafes and shops easily. I especially enjoyed the steam and sauna room. It offered a relaxing experience after a long day. The WiFi connection was reliable,.
Upon my arrival, I received minimal information about the hotel's amenities. I had to seek out details on my own, a bit inconvenient. A more proactive approach to guest orientation would improve the experience.

The room included high-tech features that were easy to manage, a very comfortable king bed, and nice pillows. The bathroom was super clean, with all tech easy to use, and I found the gorgeous elevator to be a nice touch.

I found the breakfast to be a highlight, with delicious food served with a friendly smile each morning. The a la carte options gave a personalized touch. The food was AMAZING!!!

The front desk staff displayed amazing cordiality and friendliness, answering all my questions about tours and shopping. I got excellent restaurant recommendations and the staff made sure I found the place that was recommended. The service was superb.
