The decor was beautiful and great location I liked the rooftop bar.
I was disappointed that one of the light bulbs next to the bathroom mirror stopped working it was never replaced the staff said they would check later about it.

The room featured fine, tall windows. I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room. The staff provided super, helpful service. The hotel offered shopping on its doorstep and also underground access.
I found the room a little cold.

The hotel has a small gym with a good variety of weights. An area for a spa is also available. The location is convenient, with the Neubaugasse metro station less than 10 meters away (very practical).

The breakfast at the 7th floor restaurant was quite good. Hotel staff was very helpful . The location was great, I discovered a subway stop right outside the door.
Our room wasn't very clean upon arrival. I found an item of underwear left behind. We were asked to pay for a transfer service we never received. Luggage delivery was very late.
