I was charmed by the hotel's attention to detail. The rooms are equipped with side sleeper pillows and a pillow menu, ensuring i got the best sleep, even though it was quite hot outside. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, from handmade jams to honeycomb, it was tasty. every staff member was very friendly and helpful, i felt very welcome. the location was perfect, near the underground and within walking distance of many attractions.
the bar had a limited selection of snacks available compared to the menu! it was a little disappointing.

the breakfast buffet was excellent it had everything i wanted and the service was top notch. pre and post dinner cocktails in the lobby bar were reasonably priced for a european capital city.
the milk provided in the room upon arrival was curdled. requesting a fresh supply only resulted in more curdled milk, and i had to collect fresh milk from reception.

i stayed in the premier suite it featured excellent decor i noticed the separate seating area it added a touch of luxury to the room i also appreciated the complimentary toiletries they were high quality and replenished daily. the gym had modern equipment including treadmills and weights it helped me keep up with my fitness routine. i also found the staff helpful with directions to nearby attractions and recommendations for local dining.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours it caused minor delays but nothing major.
