Acceptable Stay, Some Minor Issues
friendly staff excellent breakfast smoking guests missing remote
The staff was super friendly. Chris made our check-in smooth and gave excellent dining tips! Breakfast had a ton of options, and the bar? Amazing. Sam crafted beautiful drinks. The location was great near the Rathaus underground station.
The room felt really warm when I first got there, so I opened the window and smelled smoke. Other guests were smoking near the entrance. The AC remote was missing, annoying. I asked for help, but the response felt indifferent.

Central Location and Attentive Service
central location attentive staff nice experience
The hotel's location proved convenient. I walked to Rathausplatz and the Parliament easily. The staff ensured a nice experience.. Zahra and the reception team gave great recommendations. Samuel crafted a special cocktail.
My room faced the front of the hotel on the first floor. Guests smoked near the entrance, so the smell entered when the window was open.

mixed feelings about my stay
faulty air conditioning small room
the location was acceptable as it was near public transportation.
The room was quite small. the air conditioning barely worked. It was difficult to get comfortable, and i was there when the weather was mild. i can't imagine how hot it would be during the summer months

acceptable stay with some issues
poor air conditioning small room
the staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was good (i especially liked the coffee).
the air conditioning didn't work well in the bedroom. the room felt stuffy, especially given how small it was. i can only imagine how unpleasant it must be in the summer heat. the duvet was far too warm, so i just slept under the cover.
