Excellent hotel with helpful staff

The hotel is in a central location near many attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. I found it easy to check in and check out.
The air conditioning in my room did not cool the room as expected it only provided heat .

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection with eggs benedict available among other choices. I noticed local wines were available during dinner. The restaurant also offered delicious food options

The staff were cute and helpful and provided great service. One staff member assisted with restaurant recommendations within walking distance. Another staff member was friendly and efficient during breakfast service.

The hotel included an executive lounge on the second floor. I saw the executive lounge provides snacks and drinks. There is a sauna available with a bio sauna heated to 60c and a traditional Finnish sauna to 90c.

The room was large and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The room included very large soft quilts. Rooms feature double walk-in showers instead of baths.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is close to many attractions including Saint Stephen's. Public transit is easily accessible near the hotel and there is a tram and metro stop nearby.

the room i had wasn't great. the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was really hot. the staff didn't seem to care when i brought it up either, not very helpful, really.

The location was very convenient. It provided easy access to main attractions. Breakfast featured a wide variety of choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit selection.
The air conditioning in my room did not function effectively. This made it quite uncomfortable at times. I requested a room with a specific view, but that was not available upon arrival. The minibar was empty. IT contained only a few complimentary bottles of water.
