small room ventilation noise
The single room I got felt more like a storage closet. Space was definitely a luxury not included in the room rate. the noise at night was rather persistent, and I suspect came from the internal ventilation system. Even with the air conditioning off, it sounded like a herd of elephants tap-dancing in the walls. Sleep became somewhat of a competitive sport.

This hotel has an AMAZING location. It. The staff were polite, and breakfast offered a good range of options. Some custom orders were available. That was a nice touch.
The tv placement in the room wasn't ideal. I bumped my head on the tv several times.

prime location main square wonderful breakfast dated style parking issue pedestrian zone
The location was seriously prime. i mean, right on the main pedestrian square! beautiful cathedrals and restaurants surrounded me. I felt so immersed. breakfast was wonderful too!!!
My room, though spacious, had a classic style that felt a little dated. also, finding parking was impossible. It's in a pedestrian zone. the lack of on-site parking made things a bit difficult.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The breakfast offered a good start to each day. The accommodations were super clean with daily cleaning (i found that amazing). A helpful new elevator made access easy.
The room's temperature control didn't respond as quickly as expected.

The location is superb for exploring the city center. Many attractions, galleries, and museums are within easy walking distance. Public transport connections are readily accessible.

The room was comfortable with a luxurious bed. The accommodations were cleaned daily which I found to be quite really good. The size of the rooms are good, providing ample space to move around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast service was well-organized and efficient (especially given how busy it gets). Any questions or requests were dealt with quickly.

Fantastic Location!
prime location friendly staff
The location was prime! I could walk everywhere I needed. Breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit. I appreciated the clean room and the staff was friendly!
