The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly (they even helped me with directions). Breakfast choices were also good.
The entrance is on a pedestrian-only street. It meant taxis could not approach the door. I found finding the entrance difficult.

The location was seriously prime. i mean, right on the main pedestrian square! beautiful cathedrals and restaurants surrounded me. I felt so immersed. breakfast was wonderful too!!!
My room, though spacious, had a classic style that felt a little dated. also, finding parking was impossible. It's in a pedestrian zone. the lack of on-site parking made things a bit difficult.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The breakfast offered a good start to each day. The accommodations were super clean with daily cleaning (i found that amazing).
The room's temperature control didn't respond as quickly as expected.

The room was comfortable with a luxurious bed. The accommodations were cleaned daily which I found to be quite really good. The size of the rooms are good, providing ample space to move around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast service was well-organized and efficient (especially given how busy it gets). Any questions or requests were dealt with quickly.
