wonderful experience!
helpful staff convenient location comfy bed
I found the location convenient near the city center. the staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations. breakfast offered a decent spread, including sparkling wine. my room was clean and provided a good shower and a comfy bed.
i found that some additions for tea and coffee were not replenished daily. this was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast included ample choices.
I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the room. The towels felt rough, and there was no complimentary water. The bed linens also showed signs of wear.

The staff extended a warm welcome on arrival. I found the room spacious (it was a Double Room), clean, and well-kept. The location proved convenient, offering easy access to many attractions. I Also got assistance securing reservations at local dining spots.
I noticed the absence of usb ports near the bed, a MINOR inconvenience.
