Really good Boutique Hotel Experience!

I found the location unbeatable for exploring the city center by foot. St Stephen's Cathedral is steps away. I loved having a complimentary minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. It was restocked daily. The shower was the best I have ever experienced. The water pressure and temperature were perfect.

The location offer perfect access to the central cathedral. Everything felt close. The hotel feature a unique interior design. The staff was helpful and polite . I appreciate the spacious, clean room and its comfort. I particularly loved the sitting area by the windows. I was welcomed with wine, water and macarons
Breakfast offer limited options. It became a bit repetitive after a few days. This resulted in congestion sometimes.

i was quite disappointed . the air conditioning barely cooled the room, even after i reported it to the front desk. it made sleeping uncomfortable. also, the minibar was not consistently restocked daily. i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. i had to request refills multiple times. this was like a letdown.

I found the location great, it was near everything. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated that.
My room had a small window at the end, so it was dark! The general quality of the hotel felt far from 5 stars. There was no real lobby or bar.
