i stayed here for a few nights and found it quite convenient. the hotel offered easy access to major attractions through nearby public transport. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices and the staff were readily available to assist with directions. i also found a useful tourist information center just around the corner.
the in-room safe deposit box required a bit of effort to figure out. it was functional once i understood the instructions.

Breakfast included many choices with delicious baked goods and a variety of fresh fruits. The staff was friendly in all areas. I received an upgrade to a superior room through Expedia. I will certainly return to this location.
The room lacked an extractor fan in the bathroom, so it became very warm after showering. Opening the door did not resolve the problem.

i found this place was in a very central area. it has easy access to various attractions. the breakfast had salmon, cereals, cheese, and pastries. i noticed the staff at breakfast were attentive. the option to open windows for fresh air was a plus. the hot tea and leftover pastries in the reception were appreciated.
the room got warm. maybe a better ventilation system would improve the stay.

the location was excellent. public transport was very close. a beverage station offered croissants, and candies! the room had enough space. the bed was comfortable.
The reception felt somewhat cold. i did not receive a warm welcome at check-in. There were no extra touches. i expected a bit more friendliness upon arrival, though the staff performed their tasks adequately.

the staff was helpful and friendly, always available at reception. The room was very spacious and clean, with housekeeping services provided daily. the location was superb, close to the center, yet situated on a quiet side street. as two women traveling, we felt safe even late at night.
i found the entrance greeting rather cold, particularly since i completed online check-in. there was no welcome drink provided, which i typically expect from a four-star hotel. i anticipated more personalized attention, like a handshake upon departure, but it did not happen.
