the hotel is centrally located, very close to several sites. my room was roomy, clean, and quiet. the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of choices, a real treat. front desk staff was helpful with directions.

the hotel features a complimentary water bar and candy station in the lobby. i saw there were leftover pastries from breakfast available , a thoughtful touch. the hotel also offers online check-in and check-out, very practical.

The staff at breakfast were attentive and remembered my preferences. one in house bartender shared stories about moving. from syria. That bartender offered VERY interesting insights. the staff always were willing to help with anything needed

excellent locationcomfortable bedcold reception
the location was excellent. public transport was very close. a beverage station offered croissants, and candies! the room had enough space. the bed was comfortable.
The reception felt somewhat cold. i did not receive a warm welcome at check-in. There were no extra touches. i expected a bit more friendliness upon arrival, though the staff performed their tasks adequately.

The hotel's location proved excellent. It was a short walk to major landmarks. I found the air conditioning in my room effective, a welcome feature. The lobby offered free tea and fruit, a nice touch .

the staff was helpful and friendly, always available at reception. The room was very spacious and clean, with housekeeping services provided daily. the location was superb, close to the center, yet situated on a quiet side street. as two women traveling, we felt safe even late at night.
i found the entrance greeting rather cold, particularly since i completed online check-in. there was no welcome drink provided, which i typically expect from a four-star hotel. i anticipated more personalized attention, like a handshake upon departure, but it did not happen.

Breakfast had diverse options, including pastries, cereals, and hot dishes. I noticed that the dining area was very well-kept. Fresh fruit and juices were available. a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts. I considered it to be of quality.
