the hotel has a great location close to the metro. the room we had was spacious and clean (which is always a plus). i found the staff to be very friendly. i enjoyed the easy access to various attractions.

i thought the hotel bar felt a bit empty. it wasn't a major issue, but it did affect the atmosphere in the evenings. perhaps some music would liven things up.

The location was close to the city center.

The reception staff were not friendly, it was quite disappointing. I emailed ahead to request a dinner reservation, I received no response, frustrating. The room decor felt dated. The orange wall had marks, and the bedding was thin.
