i THINK the room service was not good at all. i ordered a pizza , but it was undercooked. and the room service charge was a hefty 10 euros , more than i would expect.

i had such a lovely stay. the location is amazing as it is close to many attractions! the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially ahmed at reception. i found the breakfast to be great with a very nice view.
The bathroom was a bit small. There was limited space for toiletries though.

unbeatable locationmissing desk
the location is unbeatable it is right in the city center near all the attractions.
i arrived to find out that my room didn't include a desk reception explained this was apparently a luxury who book a better category and i found this a little ridiculous.

the location is amazing i could easily walk to hofburg and the main shopping area the super nice team with directions and recommendations. my room was modern and well-kept it was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

this is a wonderful place! i could reach tourist attractions just by walking. the central cafe is very close, literally one minute away! i found the metro super accessible. the front desk people are great.
i thought the bathroom design had very limited space for my toiletries.
