Really good Experience in the Heart of the City!

I found the location superb! A short walk gets you to the heart of the city, right opposite Cafe Central. The hotel staff are the warmest and friendliest I have encountered in Europe. It's a fact I have travelled extensively in the last six months. I was really impressed by the breakfast as it was fresh! I will definitely be returning because of the amazing team.
The hotel room was a little too warm. I had some trouble adjusting the temperature to my liking, though it wasn't a major issue.

The location was really central! it was super easy to get to all the main sights and the metro was close. the staff were very helpful. They always seemed happy to assist when i needed something. breakfast had a lot of options, i found good quality items.
i think the hotel could use a bit of an update. the rooms felt a little worn. the heating wasn't working properly . i was told about the issue after i inquired about it.

I could walk to many attractions from this hotel, something i really value. the staff were always courteous and helpful. i liked that the room was quiet and spacious. the breakfast included fresh fruit and gluten free bread. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room had large windows facing the street. Lots of light came in during the day. The location cannot be better, it's right in the Innere Stadt. The staff was always ready to help with questions about the city. Breakfast tasted really nice.
