fantastic stay!
friendly staff amazing shower lovely room white towels
the staff was so friendly and always ready to help! the room was totally lovely and the shower was amazing. towels were lovely and brilliantly white. we had a lovely weekend and i cannot wait to come back and experience the same magic again!
the gym was a bit small, with only a few machines, still it did the job for a quick workout

the hotel is on a main street, approximately five minutes by walk. it's near various restaurants and bars. a very beautiful mcdonald's! the location is great for walking to main city attractions it really is so convenient

i requested an early check-in and my room was ready three hours early i was so impressed! the staff were polite and very helpful. i noticed the service was good both at the reception and in the restaurant it could not be faulted

cute cafe nice gym responsive staff
The hotel features a cute café and a very nice gym, alongside a responsive staff. Cleaning staff accommodated our schedule quickly, arriving at different times without a request. I found the location to be central and safe. Everything felt quite accessible.
The air-condition was not very cold, even on the lowest setting.

The room offered a comfortable space. It included a mini-bar with a selection of drinks. The bed provided a restful night's sleep. I also noticed soundproofing, which ensured a nothing noisy.

The staff showed kindness. They always tried to assist with any inquiries, and seemed attentive. Check-in was efficient, with minimal waiting, and the concierge readily provided directions. Overall the staff.

The hotel stood within walking distance of many attractions. Public transportation options were easily accessible, and the surrounding area felt secure. I found various restaurants and shops nearby. It was great!

shabby housekeeping missing slippers
the housekeeping was substandard. i found long, dark hairs on the towel after my shower. also, there was a clump of hair in the corner of the shower. i expected slippers would be provided, they are not available.

i found the breakfast buffet offered a diversified selection. it accommodated various tastes with many options. i also appreciated the location. it was very close to main public transportation.
the room temperature was a little too warm, even with the air conditioning on, though it was manageable.

canteen-style food lacking ambiance
the location was acceptable.
The christmas eve dinner was disappointing at sixty euros per person. I expected a special experience, not simple, canteen-style food. the quality-price ratio was off balance. there was no real effort to create a festive atmosphere. The lighting was fully on, cold, and lacking ambiance. the hotel needs a creative director to understand the importance of details.
