breakfast selection fantastic view negative reaction poor cleaning
the breakfast selection was amazing!!! i especially appreciated the variety offered. the location was perfect. the staff were friendly and always helpful.
when i asked for an extra towel, the housekeeper reacted negatively. the cleaning was not good. My room was not cleaned at all during my three-night stay.

huge variety spacious gym central location
The breakfast had a huge variety of options. the gym has plenty of machines and is very spacious. It was really nice. the hotel is located by the river near the fashion street, a plus for shopping opportunities
the pool felt a bit cold! though the spa was nice.

breakfast selection fine view body language extra towel
the breakfast had plenty of choices to suit everyone. the location had a fine view. the staff was always helpful, it was amazing!!!
some restaurant servers and housekeepers were rude. i asked for an extra bath towel, and they reacted awfully. a housekeeper showed rude body language.

Acceptable stay in a great LOCATION.
great location downtown area great variety room smell shower mold poor pillow
The hotel has a great location right on the river. The downtown area is also nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety. It was perfect to start the day.
Room cleanliness was subpar. The room was smelly. I noticed mold in the shower curtain. the pillows were VERY poor in quality. I had to ask for replacements.

smaller bathroom closed steam room
the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of food it met my expectations.
the room was smaller than expected the bathroom was also smaller than expected i used the spa facilities but the steam room was closed . i was disappointed as this did not align with my experiences at other hotels in the chain. i probably would not choose this location again.

old gym equipment worn converter
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat, honestly (i swear it was set to 'arctic' but felt more like 'mildly breezy'). also, i found the gym equipment a bit outdated. Some of the machines looked like they were relics from a previous decade. i also faced some issues with the archaic converter that the hotel offered, it was a bit worn out.
