The hotel's interior decoration felt very authentic. the staff was both friendly and helpful. They readily assisted with directions. i appreciated the excellent breakfast, with a lot of options. i found the location convenient. Most attractions were within easy walking distance.
during my stay, the room reminded me of it needed a thorough deep cleaning. i noticed the corners and under the bed had visible dust and debris. this did affect my overall impression of the hotel.

The location is amazing! i was super close to many attractions. the metro station was also just outside the door. This made getting around so easy. the breakfast had really good value!!!
the staff, except for a couple, seemed rude and not helpful at all! even small requests were difficult. the room looked dirty, especially the carpets. the towels and beds weren't refreshed, disappointing.

The location was convenient, steps from public transport and many attractions. my room had a very useful fridge for storing drinks and snacks. i really appreciated the historic and beautiful style of the building. It felt quite imperial. the breakfast had varied options, and everything tasted fresh.
