Solid Choice in Great Location
central location comfortable bed
The location was superb, close to many shops and transport options! The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and practical fridge. I also appreciated the helpful staff, especially when I requested extra towels for the thermal baths.
I found the lack of drink-making facilities in the room quite inconvenient. There was no kettle, cups, or tea and coffee, which I missed after a long day.

great selection modern amenities
The location was superb and I was able to walk to many sights. I found a great selection of food at breakfast. The room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff responded quickly to my inquiries.
My room's thermostat did not align with actual temperatures. I opened the windows for ventilation, though this was not ideal. The room was warm upon arrival.

cute staff varied breakfast good location close public transport
The staff was cute! i requested extra towels for the thermal baths. They provided them immediately. breakfast was delicious. It varied every day. the location is really good. It is easy to walk to most places and very close to public transport.
The coffee machine in the lobby dispensed half cups. It could have been a bit more generous. this is a minor issue though.

The hotel is on a pedestrian-only shopping street. It features many souvenir shops and restaurants. the nearest metro station is around the corner, and the airport express bus is a short walk away, around five minutes. the central market is very near.

I found the location convenient. The hotel is near the Central Market Hall and various restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The complimentary bottle of water each day was a nice touch. I appreciated it. the easy check-in made my arrival smooth and stress-free.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience. I had to go to the lobby.

ineffective air conditioning stuffy room
the room was too warm. the window could not be opened. the air conditioning did not work effectively. it was difficult to sleep due to the stuffiness. i found this unacceptable.
