small room issue
small room clogged shower drain
the hotel had a great location making it easy to get around.
I booked a superior double room but it was small. Barely any space to move around the bed. the shower drain was also completely clogged, especially after a long day. the staff was unable to fix it that evening, a big disappointment. They only offered a cleanup.

spacious room wonderful view complimentary drinks
My room, a superior balcony, was spacious and very clean. the balcony offered a wonderful view. the coffee station in the lobby provided complimentary drinks, a great perk! the location was superb. I found it quiet, safe, and close to major attractions.
The bar hours were limited. It only opened for a few hours in the evening, inconvenient.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist all the time. i appreciated their polite demeanor and willingness to help with any questions i had.

The breakfast had a large selection and tasted very good. there were many choices available including fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes. the coffee in the room was also very delicious. I enjoyed it every morning.
