dust accumulationstained carpet
my experience had a clear issue. upon arrival, the room presented an unacceptable level of cleanliness. dust accumulated visibly on surfaces, and the carpet had multiple stains. i expect a higher standard of hygiene, especially considering the cost of the stay. this lack of attention to detail detracted significantly from any positive aspects of the room.

the hotel location IS convenient. it is very close to many attractions. breakfast had a very good selection of food. Staff WAS helpful. The gym has sauna facilities and these facilities was WELL maintained.
the first room was SOMEWHAT small and old. the hotel gave me another room then.
