Fantastic Stay in a Modern Hotel
food variety helpful staff calm environment
I found the breakfast to be superb. I was amazed at the variety of foods available. The staff were very attentive and helpful. This made my mornings very enjoyable. The hotel's interior design and color throughout created a calm environment.

The pool is very clean, with exemplary bar service! The rooftop location offered a great view for relaxation. I saw that the pool area included ample loungers and shaded spots.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! A very wide variety of options was available, including a la carte choices. I noted that the ingredients used were of high quality. Fresh juice and specialty coffees enhanced the morning meal.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. This ensured a smooth and cute experience. I observed they promptly addressed all requests and inquiries. Their attentiveness was consistent throughout my stay.

mixed experience at the hotel
geothermal air conditioning traffic chaos
the room was clean and the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning was some kind of geothermal system that barely worked. it seemed like it ignored what i set it to, and frankly, that's just rude. i think the staff should have told us about traffic from some premier's departure. Catching our flight was way too stressful.

ineffective air conditioning limited breakfast
the rooftop pool was a nice addition after long days of sightseeing it provided a space to relax.
the air conditioning was not effective at all it barely cooled the room even when set to the lowest temperature this made sleeping very uncomfortable i also found the breakfast selection to be quite limited and repetitive after a few days there were not enough options to choose from.

The breakfast had a good selection with options for gluten-free diets. The staff were helpful and friendly . I appreciated the convenient location. I could easily walk to many attractions.
I found a very slight delay in response when adjusting the room temperature controls.
