i found the pre-charge payment held on my account for over a week. effectively, i had two charges during this period. the hotel staff never apologized or refunded me for the multiple charges. it caused me frustration.

The hotel provided a car service from the airport. The driver was punctual. upon arrival, i was offered coffee as my documents were processed. the room had a distinct musical theme and molton brown products were stocked in the bathroom.

The hotel spa included two saunas, a pool, a whirlpool, and a steam room. There was also a compact but well-equipped gym available. complimentary wine and cheese were offered daily between 4 pm and 6 pm in the atrium. a grand piano was available.

the hotel is conveniently located next to st stephen's basilica, however it is situated on a quiet street accessible only by authorized vehicles. this makes for a peaceful stay in a central area! though the parking was expensive.

The hotel's central atrium is stylish. It is where complimentary wine and cheese are available each day. Live music with a singer and pianist accompanied this lovely touch on some days. Our room featured flexible heating, air conditioning, electric window blinds, and an excellent system for lights. Daily room service was good.
The payment precharge remained on my account for eight days. I effectively had two charges for the hotel during this time. The hotel blamed others for the error. They did not apologize or refund the charges.

Breakfast was amazing with many culinary delights for all tastes. The hotel served superb cocktails. Servers guided guests to find the best options. Afternoon cheese and wine with music was a great way to rest weary feet.

The swimming pool and sauna were excellent. The spa was a wonderful retreat. The jacuzzi offered a lovely foot massage. The rooftop bar provided amazing panoramic views, including Saint Stephen's Basilica from above.

the room was decorate well and its size felt generous. sound dampening was present and effective, and this detail prove important for a restful stay. i particularly enjoy the complimentary wine and cheese hour that occur every afternoon. it was a nice touch after sightseeing.
the precharge i see on my account lasted eight days. this situation create two charges simultaneously. i find this inconvenient.
