LOVED my stay!
unique design breakfast options quiet room comfortable bed
The hotel design WOWED me, every area carefully designed! Breakfast offered many choices from scrambled eggs to fruit and cereal. My room had AMAZING air conditioning, actually bigger than expected. It was also very quiet. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it in the morning.
The towels could have been bigger, I think. This is the only thing that I can mention.

Staff at reception was helpful and solution oriented. One staff member helped me figure out a solution so that we could all stay in two rooms. Their cute and friendly demeanor made a difference.

poor soundproofing crowded breakfast
The room i was assigned was not well soundproofed. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms throughout the night. this disrupted my sleep. the breakfast buffet was often crowded, and some items ran out quickly. the staff did not seem proactive in replenishing these items!?!

modern interior artistic decorations convenient transportation
The room included a modern interior design with artistic decorations. It was opposite the train station. Trams, buses, and the metro were all nearby (very convenient for getting around!). I found the breakfast had various options and the gluten-free breakfast was easily requested.
The room overlooked an inner courtyard and lacked the city view advertised.

Acceptable Stay Near the Train Station

The location is very convenient for using public transportation. The tram stop is just outside the door. Breakfast had many options. I especially enjoyed the fruit and cereal selection. The air conditioning in the room worked very well (which was important ).
The hotel provided two individual duvets on a king size bed. This arrangement was not ideal for sleeping. I found the hairdryer to be unsuitable, as it overheated and stopped working quickly. The minifridge in the room was empty and obstructed the bag rack.
