i appreciated the hotel's proximity to main attractions. i could walk to many spots i wanted to see. the location near transport points helped me travel for work efficiently. i found the hotel to be a great value.
i was frustrated by the limited reception staff at check-in. i waited over 30 minutes because a large group arrived right before me. only one person was at the desk, and it caused significant delay.

check in was quick and efficient i was given a welcome drink. the location was ideal close to many shops and restaurants. the staff had a great attitude.
soundproofing could use improvements i could hear noise from other rooms occasionally.
