stained tile dusty radiator
The location was perfect, very central to everything I needed. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety.
The room felt quite outdated. The bathroom tiles had noticeable stains, and the shower door needed a thorough cleaning (it was pretty gross, honestly). I found dust accumulated on the radiator, a letdown.

room dirt lacking aircon
the cleanliness was a significant issue. i found hairs in the bathroom and the bedsheets did not meet expected standards. there was dirt on the walls. the lack of air conditioning in the room also affected my comfort .

erratic temperature questionable cleanliness
The room's cleanliness was questionable. i noticed a considerable amount of dust accumulated in corners and along edges. the shower temperature was also erratic. It fluctuated from cold to scalding without warning. i found this quite inconvenient and somewhat alarming during use

excellent location public transport luggage storage decent size
the location was excellent for getting around. it was close to public transport. the staff stored my luggage after i checked out, helpful. the room had a decent size. i appreciated the proximity to local restaurants.
The breakfast selection was limited. I wish there were more options available.

the breakfast room included basic options, like cereals and pastries. there were two types of juice and a coffee machine. the area tended to get crowded during peak hours.

the front desk operated 24 hours a day. staff assisted with storing luggage after checkout. they spoke several languages, including english. i found them generally responsive to inquiries.
