breakfast offered many choices and the dining area was fine. the location was close to the danube and parliament. the bed was firm and comforting.
the reception was empty when i arrived and there was no assistance with luggage.

great location charming building friendly staff clean facilities
The location was convenient, near many historical sites. the hotel had a charming, historic building. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially zubar from the front desk). i appreciated the spa and sauna facilities. They were very clean.
I did find the christmas decorations to be underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. A single plastic tree was used.

The location offers easy access to major attractions, including the Parliament building. The staff were very helpful and assisted with directions and reservations. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of fresh options. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities.
The minibar restocking seemed a little inconsistent.
