i loved this hotel. the staff was so friendly upon my arrival. they provided a clear explanation of all amenities, including breakfast and spa facilities. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. i slept well in the comfortable beds!
my only issue involved the room lighting! the dim bedroom lights made it difficult to get ready. perhaps brighter lighting is worth considering, especially needing adequate illumination.

The breakfast offered a wide variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The room included soundproofing. I slept very well! The location was close to attractions. The front desk staff was helpful during check-in and also check-out.
I noticed that the gym hours were a little limited. It would be better if it was open a bit earlier in the mornings.

the hotel provide good amenities. i found the breakfast hearty and had lots of food to choose from. the staff was very professional and courteous. the spa area needs to be booked, however it is worth the wait.
The heat was unbearable and it did not matter how often i adjusted the temperature. It reverted back.

The superior room offered ample space and the bed provided excellent comfort. The hotel location proved advantageous for touring, furthermore the area remained quiet during the night despite the city's activity. I found the staff very helpful and they gave good advice for the local area.
The gym had limited equipment. I feel that it could have included additional machines to cater to more guests at once.
