The location was PERFECT for getting around. The room decor was beautiful and very functional. The staff was friendly and helpful. They certainly exceeded my expectations!!!

The location is excellent, a real highlight. i was pleased by the close proximity to the train station, a 3-minute walk. the room provided matched the pictures. Actually, it felt even better in person. the beds were comfortable.
i noticed they don't include complimentary water in the rooms. this detail felt somewhat stingy considering the hotel's level.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide assortment of options. i noticed a fantastic selection. It covered every food type one could imagine, from traditional fare to healthier choices, with fresh ingredients available.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! It had a wide variety of options and high-quality presentation. The location is a huge plus. It is right next to the subway and train station. It made commuting around easy.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is across the road from the underground and the mall
the response time for everything was slow. there was a long queue, with only one or two receptionists while the queue was long. even a simple check in or a late check out payment took too long i waited for the phone line connection but it did not connect me with anyone.
