unstaffed bar small elevators
The bar seemed perpetually unstaffed. An afternoon cocktail was out of the question. We asked about it one evening, but nobody ever showed up! Then the front desk didn't even apologize. the elevators were so tiny. I climbed the stairs instead. How quaint.

a romantic stay
friendly staff perfect location lovely touch
I found the staff genuinely friendly and helpful. the location is perfect for exploring attractions nearby on foot. i especially enjoyed the complimentary tea and cake available in the lobby each afternoon. It was a lovely touch.
the elevators were quite small, i preferred taking the stairs to my room, which might not be convenient for everyone, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

charmed by the location and attentive staff!
attentive staff amazing view comfortable room
i found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly! they were always available to answer questions. our junior suite paris view provided amazing views of the city! the eiffel tower sparkling at night was quite a sight. the room was clean and very comfortable.
the room lighting was a bit dim for my taste. it was a little difficult to see clearly when getting ready. better lighting would be great.

the hotel features a bar with a great ambiance. it seems a lot of people would enjoy an afternoon cocktail there. the hotel also offers daily tea in the afternoon, served with cake. it is nice that guests sit and read there.

A Reasonable Experience
convenient location major metro small elevator unstaffed bar
The location is quite convenient. The Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and Musée de l'Orangerie are a short walk away. The hotel is near major Metro lines. It is also close to shopping centers.
The elevators are small. I used the stairs instead. I could see where someone with mobility issues might struggle with the elevators. The bar was not always staffed. I wanted a drink after dinner, but no one came.
